Nature Made is one of my preferred vitamin brands because their vitamins are one of the best values on the market. I take B1 at the recommendation of my podiatrist because I am older and diabetic, so peripheral neuropathy is potential problem for me. This is one of the supplements that is recommended for the prevention of peripheral neuropathy. I have been taking this supplement for years and have experienced no side effects. As for the efficacy, I have to trust the opinion of my doctors, and they seem to be quite satisfied. Meanwhile, I am healthy so I will continue to use this supplement.
