We often utilized white papers from Harvard Business Review. The information can be read in chunks, out of order, and at ones whim without feeling like they will lose the gist if they put it down for awhile. Great for someone who is busy, who may not be much of a reader (yet still wants to learn), or simply wants to keep fresh in business thinking. I figure if my husband likes these books and finds benefit from them, then I will continue to add to the collection. Though I may do so anyway for my own edification. These are also excellent as jumping off points for further study. You will learn names, ideas, and resources that are relevant to what you want to delve deeper into.
