Super quiet!
I ought this to replace an identical fan that started making noise after 9 years of continuous use. It installed easily, and is barely louder than a whisper. It vents our crawl space and does a great jobHighly recommend this Centrax fan.

Long lasting, zero maintenance
Worked great with no issues for over 14 years.

Working as expected.
TF104-CRD is supposed to be the version with a cord however what was received (twice) was the version without the cord. Not a big deal but they should post the correct model # TF104 (This was when this listing was from National Trade Supply, LLC).Good value. Performs as expected so far. Purchased another unit for another bath fan. I hope these will last beyond their 5 year warranty. But since they have only been making them for ~5 years (2012) no way of telling. Seems to be of similar construction as similar in-line fans but no way to tell how well the bearings will last. However as a bath fan (intermittent) vs radon (continuous) fan I hope they will last a long time.Mounting bracket is included. No cable grip included.Comes with 3 position screw terminal for attaching power.Update: After 4 years the fan are still operating as expected. However I did notice that this review and the link from my previous purchases goes to this new listing.I find it interesting that Amazon will move the reviews from one vendor to another. Not very quite if the duct length to the fan is short 10' - I Original installed this fan in-line at the end of a 40+' run (crazy I don't know what the home builder was thinking) and it was fairly quite but after moving it to a new roof vent closer to the bathroom it is as loud as a Broan 690 upgrade. I may try to put a speed control on it to slow it down as this bathroom is small and does not need the full airflow of the fan.

Slot in replacement of my old outside radon fan
I was a bit concerned to find a suitable new radon fan due to a lack of space in the installation. The Suncourt fits exactly without any modifications necessary. All needed parts were included, so replacement was a breeze.

I'm not handy with tools but this was a breeze and the product works great and is quiet!
Used this to replace a 23 year old fan that was going out. I can start out by saying I shouldn't be allowed to use a tool of any kind as I am not a handy man type. I can take any job that is an hour and turn it into 4 hours. This looked simple though and other than the location being a little tough to work in, I was able to compete the replacement in an hour. I took the old fan out by undoing the collars and then switched the electric cord from the old to the new Centrax one. If you aren't good with electric, you might want to get someone that is. It's just the 3 wires thought and I found it easy.I turned the new one back on and was immediately impressed with myself as it worked right away. Next, I noticed the lack of almost any noise. Very quiet. The fan I had was decent before it started to go but was certainly loader than this fan.Very happy with this purchase.the picture below is the old fan...the new one looks the same... just showing this is located in a tight location in the attic and all that's really needed is a screw driver to do the job... the clamps come undone and the electric cord I took from the old and used in the new. I used YouTube to find how to videos even though it looked easy.

Would give this a 10+ star rating if possible
This fan is amazing. Here in Alaska with our frequent earthquakes big and small, radon is a problem. My husband and his friend did the installwithout incident in 2 days time. From the moment he dug the hole in our crawlspace and inserted the pipe, our radon level began to rapidly decrease. Once the fan was installed and the pipe vented out 3’ above the roofline, our radon reading went from over 15 to below 1 in less than 12 hours. I cannot say enough about this quiet, hard-work fan (my husband isn’t bad either, lol). Its ease of use and quality craftsmanship saved my family from lung cancer. Highly recommend.*** The entire set up including fan, piping, joints and a cap cost us $600. We saved more than half the price of calling someone in to install.** we installed fan in our garage as Alaska gets subzero temperatures of down to -30 during our long arctic winters.

Had for six years now. Worked well but failing. Is a loud fan and only gets louder with time. Going to replace with something else

super quiet
as soon i got this installed and turned on for 12 hours, the radon level dropped dramatically from 379 to only 30, the fan run so quiet that i barely hear it even in the same room, hopefully it will last me at least 5 years before warranty is over. highly recommended

A very quiet effective fan for radon mitigation
The basement radon level in our 2300 sq ft 1980s vintage home averaged 200, with almost 400 in closed spaces or rooms The safe limit is 150 in the US and 200 in Canada. I installed this fan and 4" ductwork outdoor exhaust myself. The fan was mounted in the pipe leading to a 4" hole drilled through the poured concrete floor. It was easy to wire and connect to piping using the flex connectors provided. Incredibly quiet running, it is rated for 200 cfm in open air. I measured that flow with a draft meter to confirm that the fan was working at rated capacity. It was. In operation , with about 60' of piping run equivalent (elbows equal 10' of loss) and exhausting underfloor gravel about 3" thick I measured actual flow of 52 cfm. Within 24 hours the basement radon had dropped to 37. Well below minimum. The fan is in my workshop and is almost inaudible. It appears to be well made and robust. For a do it yourself radon system, I recommend this product. Just add 4" drain pipe to duct to the outside, drill a basement floor hole and use PL cement to seal the hole and fittings

Very happy
DIY’er hubby had the piping and fan installed in less than a day. Included instructions were complete and listed what was needed for piping and fittings for indoor and outdoor install. Within 48 hours of start up our radon levels went from 14.9 to 0.9 !! Definitely recommend.

reduced radon levele to zero for me
Just hooked up this baby up 2 days ago. Radon in the basement were a little high. Sump room was over 450 Bq M3 and the bedroom next to it was 170 or so. I used this with the "original" (can be bought on Amazon) sump cover (lid) and the results are more than I could even have expected....0 yes Zero My weeping tiles that run around the house on the outside were bringing radon into the house mostly via the sump area where the weepers dump the water they collect. This fan is probably creating a negative pressure under the concrete floor (slab) as well thus removing any Radon before it comes through any cracks or opening. So far this is working better than I thought. Lets now see it longevity. Hopefully just as good. BTW anyone saying this is noisy is wrong.
