Love it. It mops so much better than other mops I’ve had. Plus the pad is washable and so soft. The head swivels well and gets against cabinets well. Love the bucket and how well it wrings the mop head. It’s compact and easy to fill/empty. It sure saves time and is durable.

As a professional House cleaner, I think this mopping system is great. When using flat mops, we always have the issue of no efficient way of rinsing the mop head in between mopping different areas of a house and it results in just tracking and smearing mess from one floor to another so I quit using flat mops for a long time. With joy mop it’s not only rinsing the dirty pad, but it is scraping it as it goes up and down so it’s removing a substantial amount of dirt and buildup that was just mopped. I love how lightweight and compact it is. The pole is longer than the average mop so it is a lot easier to get the job done and much better on your physical health. The mop head is a good size so it covers a decent amount of area making mop time less. This mop stores really well, it travels really well. The floors dry quickly. I haven’t noticed any smearing or grimy streaks. Very pleased with this product.

This is so simple and fast! You do have to have some muscles to carry a full bucket around so I wouldn’t recommend buying this for granny. But for a young or middle aged person it’s fast and easy and comes with plenty of washable mop heads. This has made an easy task of cleaning paw prints off my floors.

This is the first mop system I’ve used that really cleans both my tile and hardwood floors - and I’ve tried everything including other mopping systems and even a steam mop. It does take practice to get the mop pad on correctly with the tabs so it doesn’t scrunch up when pushing it through the slots. I used this with Meyers all purpose concentrate and hot water. I changed the mopping pad, dumped the dirty water, and refilled the bucket for each room. I scrubbed a damp paper towel over my floors when I was done to check how well this worked - the paper towel was completely clean.

It is easy to use and good for hardwood floors. The dry mop part is perfect and good for lazy moms.

The mop handle broke after 3 uses i had to order replacement then the plastic part on the mop bucket that takes the water out of mop pad broke, so now the mop pad is soaking wet and puts to much water on floor.

I have only used this once and I am very impressed. Note, there is no separation between clean and dirty water, no issue for me, I changed my water and micro fiber pad out, twice. The mop handle pieces screw in together for a sturdy hold; think of a glorified swiffer mop. I also really appreciate the length of the mop handle, ( I am around 5’8, and always feel like I am crouching down to sweep or mop), but that wasn’t the case with the Joy mop. The microfiber mop head stayed perfectly in place while going in and out from the “wash” slot, to “dry” slot and not once did it feel stuck or like my bucket would tip over. Once done I unscrewed all parts washed my bucket out, allowed it to air dry and stowed everything back in. Compact enough to fit under a kitchen sync or tuck it away in your broom closet. I am hoping the quality and integrity of the product will continue to hold.

I give this mop two stars for the aesthetic appearance, it’s lightweight, and I like the thick pads. However, this mop funnels the dirty water back in with the clean water. So the dry side doesn’t collect hardly anything. There’s a channel in between the dry side and the wet side that funnels all the dirty water back into the clean which makes zero sense. They could have easily just closed the little channel and let the dirty scrape off into the dry side. Why???? Also, the pieces for the pole for the mop screw together, so as you’re twisting and turning the mop around corners, sometimes the handle comes apart, so I have to screw them back on. It would have been better to have the little holes that the other pieces snap into. This mop sucks actually. But it looks nice, the pads are nice, and it’s lightweight. That’s about it.

Works as expected and provides damp mopping for my timber floors. Quality is good and offers value for money.

This makes the chore of mopping floors that much easier! Ordered with several cloths so you always have one available. You can control the wetness you need and the quality of all components is fantastic. Highly recommend.

Great idea washes the floor and easy to get under the furniture. When finished remove the pad and wash it no more rinsing the old mop and waiting for it to dry
