I rarely write reviews, but this product deserves one. After struggling with my previous Sirona cup, which was very soft and often took 15–20 minutes to open properly, I was skeptical about trying another cup. The iActive cup is firm yet comfortable, and its slightly thicker rim helps it open almost instantly. Insertion is quick and easy, and I don't feel it at all while wearing it. So far, I'm very impressed with its performance. Highly recommended! 😊

I have been using i-activ menstrual cup past many years. This is my third purchase and have never thought of switching to any other brand. This cup fits me very well, avoid leaks, its rash free, no irritation nothing and its much more comfortable. I have stopped using pads and to be honest I don't like using them. Also, this cup comes with a sterilizer case which makes it easy to sterilize, keep it clean. Easy to use as it provides all instructions on how to use it and clean it properly. Worst cup ever.. Over the last 6 yrs i have used nearly 3 menstrual cups. None of them have caused me as pain and discomfort as this one. I don't know how this product design passed in production. They clearly did not have any real time feedback while production. The neck is too long.. It digs into the inside walls to the extent it starts hurting.. Its very thick wall and weird shape led to stomach pain and coming from a person who's fairly experienced in using cups. I have been trying to make this thing work for a year now... And yeah it really sucks...
