This bag is serious. It is if very good quality. It's honestly the best heavy bag I've ever put my fists against. It's not too rough and won't cut your knuckles when punching it the first time like a lot of bags on the market, however, Im not suggesting that you punch it a hundred times without gloves. It's heavy enough not to go all over the place when hit but I did attach a bottom bungee cord to it and that feature works great and is not on every bag out there. I plan to have this bag for a really long time and am going to get my money's worth to get my health bag in order. Thank you Amazon. Thank you Everlast. This is a good buy.

The punching bag is super nice. I got it for our kids since they just started MMA and needed something to practice on at home.

The bag itself only came with one strap, not the 4 shown in the picture. The first time we tried to use it, the strap broke! No durability, quality awful!
