Tastes and smells absolutely dreadful.Firstly, this isn’t a sauce and I was sorely disappointed by that revelation…it’s a syrup. They couldn’t even get THAT right.It smells like molded cough syrup and tastes like it too with only a hint of what seems like the most artificial white chocolate flavouring they could get their hands on. I genuinely thought the product had expired already and was stunned when I saw it was set to expire nearly a year from now.Vehemently would not recommend.

Great sauce to make white chocolate mocha
I use this to make a white chocolate mocha. I wanted to compare Ghirardelli to Torani. I found this one to be slightly sweeter, more liquidy, and lighter in color. It does make delicious drinks, just slightly different than the other. Honestly I just rotate between the two because I don’t know which one I would choose as my favorite. The spout on this bottle doesn’t make it easy if you want precise pouring on something. I just pour it into my measuring cup so this didn’t make a difference to me. I would purchase again.

For being Ghirardelli it tasted kinda cheap. And it was good for TWO WEEKS! So it was a waste of money for me
