Great Choice without breaking the bank
Sounds great, have used these in the gym, and at home for music and gaming. Great sound stage and audio clarity. The bass leaves something to be yearned for, but otherwise extraordinarily well balanced. Fit and finish feels great, bang for your buck I have 0 complaints and would purchase again. The aluminum color buds feel premium and have a comfortable weight to them, very premium feeling. Highly recommend. I usually pair these with my FIIO K11 DACAMP and my FIIO echo mini. The ability to swap the connection for a 3.5mm is nice for iPod collection. I would purchase these again, Highly recommend.

Great product!
I absolutely loved the sound quality of the Moondrop Aria 2 from the beginning. The tuning is clear, detailed, and very enjoyable for long listening sessions. The included cable is also excellent and feels very premium compared to most stock IEM cables. Paired with my FiiO K7, they sound amazing with great clarity, separation, and an immersive presentation. At one point, I noticed the left side sounded louder than the right, and I initially thought the IEM had developed a defect. After testing different cables and devices, I eventually discovered the issue was just a dirty filter. Once cleaned, the sound returned to normal. Aside from that minor maintenance issue, these have been fantastic IEMs and I really enjoy using them.

Failed after 5 months - Outside Amazon return window - NO WARRANTY SUPPORT
Left ear stopped working after only 5 months. This was out of amazon's return window. I've had bad experiences with audio devices failing already so I bought Amazon's extra insurance through Asurion, thinking this time I am going to get my money back if something goes wrong. However, I was told by them when I tried to make a claim that I couldn't exercise it because Moondrop Aria has a 1 year warranty, and despite paying for the insurance, I cannot use it... Forced to accept that I flushed the extra money for the insurance down the drain, my only option was to contact Moondrop in order to exercise the supposed warranty. Their only form of contact is an online email form and they are completely unresponsive. In conclusion, do not trust Moondrop, Amazon, or Asurion to take care of you if something goes wrong with this product. After this experience I would not buy any Moondrop products due to lack of customer support, and do not bother with Asurion protection because it won't save you either.

IEM are great but have a few problems...
I bought these IEMs about a year ago to improve my Rainbow Six Siege experience. Pairing these with a proper DAC/AMP is crucial, of which I use a FiiO K11. I tried using my GoXLR with it initially, which had a lot of amp noise in the IEMs. I paired it with a ground loop isolator which removed the amp noise, but compressed the audio pretty bad. Don't do this. Either use your computer's built in DAC or buy one and use that. In-game and music clarity have improved drastically! I was able to practically hear colors with playing R6S and other games. There are a couple of complaints however: I felt that the stock cable was much too bulky and stiff to use comfortably for long periods of time. I purchased a Linsoul Tripowin Zonie IEM Cable instead, which is a much softer material and thinner. I also had issues with the filters getting clogged after a number of months of use. I unscrewed the filter cap on the affected IEM and lightly blew through the filter to clear it temporarily. But in the end, I had to order more filters. I had to go to a third party website in order to order these however. I believe Moondrop is China based company so Amazon isn't the best place to shop. But the Moondrop website is difficult to navigate as well. Just a heads up for anyone purchasing these as a first time IEM like I did. Overall, great product but I have heard there are better quality IEMs for cheaper both from Moondrop and other companies so do some research.

awesome sub $100 iem bass/music/gaming
I hope this helps someone who is like me wondering what to get up to $100 or less for an IEM or headphones etc…I wanted a good iem for bass, listening to music and gaming. Headphones just never are comfortable for extended periods and bulky. I love bass and edm, so that was important, but so was gaming and hearing footsteps for FPS games and overall soundstage and quality. I started with ATH M40x Audio Technica over ear headphones… just wasn’t comfortable. sound was just decent. Then I got Truthear Crinacle Zero iem’s…. just sounded overly boosted and artificial and for gaming was barely ok ish but not good. I then thought what the heck, lets try these Moondrop Aria 2 iem’s. Boom! Mission accomplished! while im sure there can be other recommendations and other good iem’s out there let me just tell you these work and work well without an amp or DAC. just plugged into my PC 3.5 basic realtek audio jack. i like drum and bass edm and the bass is solid, great, good balanced sound, good for gaming just no complaints and completely happy. I really didnt want to spend more then $100 cause im living in a hotel rn and Im also a dj and have great equipment in storage. Anyhow this was a long ass review but if your criterion’s are similar to mine and budget too, this will be very satisfactory. Cheers

great-sounding IEMs, but i'm worried about basic repairability (UPDATE: they died lmao)
(initial review:) i really like the sound and feel of these, but unfortunately i've had a concerning issue crop up. the threaded filter on the tip has somehow just fallen completely off on me, probably when i was removing a foam eartip, but i've not been able to find it or any available replacements. this seems pretty important! i don't wanna damage the drivers just because i lost the filter, but i also don't wanna have to buy a new pair just to fix this. maybe there's a solution i haven't found, just be aware of this. UPDATE HERE!!!!! i got these in november of 2024 and used them maybe once every couple of weeks at my desk. didn't use them for a month or so and then picked them up at the beginning of october 2025 and one of the IEMs is just dead, no audio coming out of them. i can't tell you why this happened, maybe i just got unlucky, but i'd be crazy to recommend $80 earbuds that died in a year... (it's not the cable btw lol) PERSONALLY, with how little i've ended up using these, i'm just gonna get cheaper earbuds and deal with the worse audio quality. i've really appreciated how nice moondrop's IEMs sound for the price, but just personally, this pair wasn't worth it at all for me, and with how my interaction with support went the last time i had an issue with these (not actively bad but extremely unhelpful) it's not something i want to force myself to deal with... if this is a qa issue i hope it gets resolved but it's not something i have the interest in dealing with.

Lifechanging.
I came to these from a pair of over-the-ear headphones looking for a more portable, comfortable option and I saw all of the boasts online about IEMs having much superior sound quality. I purchased, thinking that it wouldn't be too much of a game-changer but I was totally hooked, the sound quality blew my face off, it was like I was listening to every song for the first time again. Fits perfectly, noise cancellation is better than my old over ears that were way more expensive than these and even boasted "ANC" (my ass, no ANC at all). So, from all of that you can probably deduce that they're good value for money, the cable is high-quality and won't break any time soon and the actual earpieces are outstanding quality too. If you're looking for good audio and a premium experience on somewhat of a budget, here you are.

just unpackaged - overall great
theyre very comfortable compared to kz zns pro x's and they sit flat when your lying on your side in bed. the cable is amazing. more balanced than the zsn pro x's and the highs arent piercing. its relaxing.

Excellent Aria 2
Excellent, together with a Fiio BTR 17 a winning team and the Aria 2 sound great. I'm not an expert, but I have been owner of more than 10 different in-ears labels from 100$ to 800$, but never I have been so satisfied as now. The Aira 2 fits ears perfect it's never happened before. And Aria 2 has a very reasonable price.
