Unfortunately the handle has come undone. I have tried to re-attach but it just comes loose again. It's a shame as it's very attractive.

Lovely kettle but the rubber on the handle could be longer. I have small hands and it is easy to burn your hand on it. If you have big hands then you need to wear a glove to pick it up. Hence the 4* I would have loved to have given it 5

This kettle looks great with a bright enamel finish and antique brass trim. It’s let down by silver screws and the fact that it’s not dishwasher safe (which it is listed as).

It a lovely looking kettle, but I paid for one with copper trim. As you can see it's all stainless steel.

This definitely looked the biz when it arrived. Subsequently of course things began to unravel. First thing I notice was the heat proof section of the handle is not long enough. Burnt my fingers a few times picking it up as the handle heats up as well as the main body. This is supposed to be made of stainless steel yet the main body began to discolour almost immediately. Blue heat blooms all over. Also I’ve never come across as noisier hob kettle in my life. I’m not talking about the whistle. Clan, clang whilst heating up. Finally the screws which hold the handle on to the body loosen regularly despite tightening. A complete waste of money in my opinion due to poor design.

I really love this tea kettle! It’s well-made, sturdy, and heats up fast on the stovetop. The whistle is loud enough to hear from another room (which I appreciate), and the handle stays cool and comfortable to hold. I also love the classic look—it’s simple but still stylish enough to leave out on the stove. Overall, this is a great kettle for the price and works exactly as described. I’m very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it!
