I have tried the other brands, this Rose hip is the best by taste and value ! Every morning I put into thermos 1-2 spoons of it and poor a boiling water. After couple hours Shake the thermos and drink 2-3 time a day. Pleasant taste and a lot vitamin C.I never have colds.
