Fantastic physical therapy set. I bought this for my Mom after a hand surgery and she loved it. The design made it easy to use and the durability has allowed the set to last a long time, she still has it. If you or someone you know has any hand issues it is totally worth it!

What a fantastic deal! I had a Senior friend who completely lost the use of his hands by the time he was 72. Sadly, it lead to the end of his independence and shortened his life. Although I am in my early 60's, I have noticed that my hands are losing strength, and so when I saw this kit I had to have it. This hand strengthening kit came in a compact box and included a very nice velvet bag for convenient storage. All the 5 pieces are very well made with quality materials. I love that the hand grip strengthener is adjustable! The other 4 strengtheners are also very well thought out and very useful. This kit is very fairly priced which further attests to the fact that Bob and Brad's true mission is to help people. I so appreciate Bob and Brad's physical therapy You-Tube videos which have helped me immensely with my hip arthritis and Achilles tendonitis, and now with my hand strength. Thank you Bob & Brad!

This grip strengthener is a wonderful kit, because it has a variety of finger strength and forearm workout pieces included in it. I do it almost daily, and after five or six times it becomes easy, then I slowly increase the strength just a little bit / or increase the time duration , little bit at a time.
