Expensive, but quality flour to add nutrition to bread
Quality flour that adds nutrition to our homemade breads . We substitute in one cup for one cup of whole wheat, in our two pound loaf recipe. We get tall, loafs, great texture, and flavour.

Great Product But Inflation Hit This Hard
Great product, especially for the kids’ pancakes and waffles I make from scratch so they have wholesome breakfast. Flavor is wonderful, nutty, full. Texture is great for liquid batters, just be prepared to add more milk to the recipe given it’s fineness (which I prefer). However, bought last 5lb bag on Amazon in August 2021 for $22.99 (same price as spelt 5lb bag), now $30.99 is a hard sell even for a great product. I will pass this time. ************************************************** Update 8/24/23 - I don’t believe this product is 100% whole grain. While it is very tasty, I don’t see the full grain parts like when I mill oats and sorghum. Plus, with 1g fiber in 1/4c, about 3-4g in a full cup, I don’t think it can possibly be 100%. I think the “white” in white kamut means maybe either the bran or germ is missing. The endosperm is the soft inner part of the grain and is the part most often left in.

I love this ancient wheat flour. A real unique taste and it blends in with the AP/bread flour easily. Unlike Einkorn flour this flour doesn’t make the dough sticky like Einkorn does.

This is my "go-to" flour
High quality that never disappoints. This has been my "go-to" Kamut flour since I started using this style flour.

Wonderful, I Buy It Whenever Its In Stock
I looked for a long time for white Kamut flour as my husband has Irritable Bowel Syndrome and he has significantly less issues when he reduces his gluten intake. Unfortunately, he also loves pasta, bread, and, most especially, waffles on Sunday morning. While I have been able to find Kamut pasta pretty reliably, white flour for his waffles has been almost impossible. So, I could say that this is the only place I have been able to find white Kamut flour and that would be comment enough. But, my comment goes beyond that. This stuff is tasty. It is a white flour so it's lighter than a whole grain but it has a definitely nutty flavor. It makes the waffles really delicious. Now he likes his Kamut waffles better than restaurant waffles. I'm extremely pleased with this product. My main complaint is that it has not always been reliably available. It goes out of stock and stays out for a long period. For that reason, when it does become available, I tend to buy 4 or 5 bags, wrap them up well in freezer bags (this comes in a paper bag) and put them in the deep freezer. Normally, I run out of flour before it ever develops a stale flavor.

Cheaper on the company’s site
Love this flour. Every time I come to buy, seems like Amazon has hiked the price. It’s a lot cheaper if you buy on their website at 13$ for the 5 lb bag

Delicously buttery sourdough bread!
Expensive but totally worth it! I used this (mixed with other flours) to make a few sourdough loaves! Delicious!
