This is an absolutely wonderful smoothie additive it's not overly powering so you can add it and it adds a good flavor and a little sweetness so you don't have to add any extra sugar to your smoothie and it does do a good cleansing on you I will tell you that

Maltodextrin hidden under "Other Ingredients" way too sweet, heavy chemical flavor.
My guess is this product is over 50% maltodextrin by volume which is 'hidden' under "Other ingredients". I read the list of "Active Ingredients" and thought it was a great product. If they did not add the Maltodextrin it would be. It is horribly sweet with an awful chemical flavor. Deceptive advertising - they say no sugar but it contains 50% or more maltodextrin which has a higher glycemic index than sugar. Deceptive and not at all healthy. Side effects may include allergic reactions, weight gain, gas, flatulence, and bloating. Maltodextrin may also cause a rash or skin irritation, asthma, cramping, or difficulty breathing. The primary sources of maltodextrin will be corn, rice, and potato, but manufacturers may sometimes use wheat. How in the heck can they say it is a liver cleanse when the maltodextrin is the number one ingredient by volume. How can they hide this under "Other Ingredients" and not have it in Active Ingredients? I had one scoop with a banana, ice, and water. My tinnitus was instantly SCREAMING and still is 24 hours later. Will be tossing the remainder after one serving and NOT be purchasing again. Find something different, there is nothing healthy about this product and I am not happy with Country Farm's tactics on this product. I have purchased other CF products for many years and will be re-evaluating those purchases.
