Loved my previous black and decker food processor, it last me 15+ years. This new one is awful. The main container doesn't lock into place it just sits in a slot so it doesn't feel sturdy. I thought the center post being separate for the blades to slide over would be good but it's very hard to separate the blade from the center post after using which is dangerous. I 100% regret this purchase. It feels cheaply made compared to the one that I had before which was very similar to this one when I was looking at ordering a new one.

I had the same food processor for quite a few years and I just loved it. I liked it better than my Cuisinart. It’s easier to clean. It just worked fine. I loved it and then it stopped working one day. I’m literally after five years at least and I was so pleased when I ordered another one and it came exactly like my old one thanks for keeping this product because it’s great.

Have used this several times and works great. I had a larger one that quit but this size is great for my needs. My daughter used it when she made chili sauce (condiment not con carne) and she said it was such a time saver for chopping the tomatoes.
