How do these compare to the original nespresso vanilio flavor? nespresso is changing to "vanilla eclair" and that flavor has a terrible sweetness now.

These are as close to the original Nespresso vanilla pods that we’ve found. Their flavour may be a little lighter than Nespresso’s but that always seems to be the case with knock-off brands. The flavour is definitely not sweet though. I also love the fact the pods are aluminum and can be recycled.

Are these pods compatible with the vertuo?

No they are not! They are not returnable too.

Is there actual cardamom in the pod or is it synthetic flavoring?

Tastes like a cinnamons scratch and sniff sticker. It’s gross.
