Has anyone tried to bend the channel to follow a curve? I want to attach it around the concrete deck of the pool.

Brightness need to be 6500k is that what these are ?

First off, these are only the channels, not the led itself. Also, 6500K is color (daylight), not brightness.

can this be used under thr hand of a outdoor deck handrail. it would have direct exposure to elements but some UV exposure for sure?

They're not water tight, and I think if they're exposed to the elements, water could get inside and compromise your LED Strip Lights.

can you pin point where the LEDs are? I need them to be very diffused.

If you stare at the strip you will see the dots. Nothing can diffuse 100%. Mine are set up along the ceiling pointing at the walls and I don't see the dots from the actual light projected on the walls.
