I needed to ship my laptop back to work for some repairs. The padding is adequate and my laptop (Lenovo ThinkPad) fit comfortably. They even shipped it back to me in the same box. It's sturdy enough for at least 2 shipments! Beats using a random size box and bubble wrap.

perfect fit for 15" laptop
Perfectly sized box for a 15" laptop. My 15" Acer laptop needed a warranty repair and had to be shipped to Temple, TX. It fit perfectly with about 1/2" to spare on the top and right sides. This box is a little pricey at $18.99, but there aren't many choices other than packing it yourself. USPS ground shipping with tracking was about $20 plus optional insurance.
