Another great product from Naturelo! I’ve recently recognized that time has crept on me and if I want to be able to enjoy my senior years, I need to make a shift in habits. I have already been diagnosed for Osteoporosis, and my skin has become paper-thin, tearing and bruising easily. There was no time to waste. I needed a well-rounded group of daily vitamins that were the highest quality I could afford -- at a time my income was no longer what it used to be. So, a good B Complex was one of the requirements for fortifying my health. And one of the key ingredients that is constantly recommended is Algae. This is a great product and I love the fact that it is. Food source and not synthetic. I feel so full of energy when I take it in the am. It’s a high quality product and love the ingredients. It’s clean with no harmful chemicals in it. I’m very particular and I love this product. Easy to swallow.

Recently diagnosed with Alpha Gal syndrome which means I have to stay away from all mammal byproducts and carrageenan. These vitamins fit the bill!

These vitamins give me great energy throughout the whole day when I take it in the mornings and I have no issue taking this with food. It is a great balance with the Metformin that I take. It is only a 4/5 because the taste is terrible. Brush your teeth after taking. FYI - bright yellow urine in a Vitamin B complex IS NORMAL. Riboflavin, Vitamin B2 is the culprit.

So if I'm showing my face for this product is because I really trust it, and I will tell you why. I have been a gym rat for about 20 years, I'm 37, I have tried all kind of supplements, you name them, even the multi vitamin from this brand. I have a mild allergy to wheat and oats, which I discovered some years ago and I know something was going wrong. Every time I eat wheat or oats I feel like I have the flu for a week and also feel very depressive and low on energy. I know I have some problem with nutrient absorption in my gut. Using the multivitamin from this company didn't make a big change, but one day my wife ordered this B complex by mistake thinking it was the vitamins. I started taking it just because we had it and noticed a big, mean big improvement in energy and focus, also my depression problems didn't bother me, all the opposite, I have been feeling hopefull, like wishing to do things and very optimistic every day, and I wake up at 7, study, go to the gym, cook, go to work and come home at midnight every day. I stopped taking these for a week and I felt not so good again, started again and felt fine, so it must be these ones. Maybe it is just me and a malabsorption of vitamins or it is the blend they put into these pills, but without any caffeine in my diet, low on sugar, and a lot of excercise I'm feeling great, so this is my second bottle and I will continue taking these as they only gave good results, no side effects besides a strong pee, but that is natural effect and shows my body is taking and circulating these vitamins. Also they bring a fruit and veg blend and CoQ10, vegan, no gluten, no soy, no gmo, no coloring, no preservatives and no flavoring. Try them, they worked better than any other energy supplement for me. I hope my experience is helpful, stay well please.

I can only hope its doing me well but it does show in my bright urine and smells more too. I feel good and the amount for price is a good value.

I've been pleasantly surprised by this B-Complex. I initially expected it might heighten my anxiety (as some B vitamins have in the past), but on the contrary, it’s made me feel noticeably sharper and more mentally clear on the days I take it. There was no jitteriness or overstimulation — just clean, steady energy and better focus. I only take it a couple of times a week (Tuesdays and Fridays because I take them along other supplements) and it's working great that way. Delivery was also fast. The capsule was smaller than I expected and definitely easy to swallow. Highly recommend this if you're looking for a quality B-Complex with no harsh effects. Arrive As a description, good product

Some Naturello products have naturally derived vitamins, which, to me, was the main appeal of the brand. I bought this product thinking it would be the same as others. However that doesn't seem to be the case. Vitamin B in this appears to be chemically produced but there is a bunch of miscellaneous natural ingredients such as fruits and berries that have been added to supplement the chemical vitamin B complex and pass it off as as a natural product. This is a very dishonest marketing ploy and I would advise you to study all Naturello ingredients before paying so much money for them. Chemical vitamin B complex can be purchased at a fraction of the price!

I’ve been taking NATURELO B Complex for a while, and it really helps me feel more energy and less tired. It also helps with stress, and I feel more balanced. Easy to swallow, vegan, and good quality. Better than other B vitamins I tried before.

I dislike that color of capsules absorbed by the protecting cotton inside the container shows like it is unnatural colors , I took it because I have deficiency in B12
