I found only one band (yellow), not five as in the pictures. Much disappointed!!

(From Husband) I need to use a resistance band for daily lumbar-strengthening exercises following an original 2 months of doctor prescribed physical therapy. After a year of use the band provided to me by the therapist broke, so naturally I shopped on Amazon for a suitable replacement. Interestingly, it's hard to buy just a single band, or even a 5-pack of bands with the same resistance -- not that I knew the exact resistance of the old band anyway. So, it seemed okay to try out the 5-level "variety" pack offered by londys. My exercise required tying a loop on one end so I can pull with both hands on the other end. The red (heavy) band was thicker than my old one, so it was a little tricky to tie this loop, but I succeeded, and the modified band turned out to be just (barely) the right length. It works like a charm. I've only been using it a couple of months, so I can't vouch for the life expectancy claims, but the band is very strong and shows no signs of breaking. If it ever does break, I can just substitute the extra heavy or medium bands; the other two bands probably would work also if I just pull a longer distance. Of course, I also have the flexibility to change resistance levels at any time to make a stronger or weaker workout. The bands are individually wrapped, then further put inside a closable black case. Possibly overkill, but the packaging is going to protect the rubber until use, and it won't easily get lost. All in all, nice product, and good value!

I started using these bands less than a month ago. I needed something in my life to get me moving in the direction of exercise. I am 67, overweight, out of shape, with limited space for a large piece of equipment in the house. And then I risk being mad at myself for not using it possibly. I had nothing to lose by buying these Resistance Bands with their affordable price and space needed to use. In less than a month I will report to you I am thrilled with these bands. I am shocked that I actually look forward to my "workout" as it is so simple but highly effective. With as little as a ten minute workout I am sleeping so much better. I have more energy in the day and, sorry, but more regular. That might be TMI but it is true. Moving the body just makes everything work better. A recent 3 day trip to the beach I simply tucked my band into my bag not missing a beat in my workout. I feel so good without a lot of expense or hassle. I think these bands are good for anyone that wants some kind of exercise. My body is thanking me for this new way of working it. The bands themselves are of good quality. You get different strengths of bands, I am still using the lightest one but will work my way up to more resistance. You won't be sorry for getting these bands.
