My son has longer legs and often will grow out of the length of a pant before he grows out of the waist of the pants. He's 8 years old and grew out of the size small - too short and too tight. The mediums are a great next step - they are a bit big in the waist (thank you belt!) and long in the legs, but since the legs are tapered, the extra length is not a problem at all - and actually makes me relieved to know we have length to grow! We had the mediums for fall in white - but coach switched to gray - so we grabbed the greys in medium too. The smalls had lasted him for 3 seasons and still looked amazing - amazing enough to gift down to our neighbors! I'm hoping the mediums have the same longevity. They're a decent price for how much wear we got out of them. The white ones responded VERY WELL to Iron Out for those red dirt stains - but since you can't use Iron Out on colors (grey), I'm not sure what I'll use this season. Other users are saying they clean up well - so I have a good outlook on these. We tried another brand when these were out of stock - they weren't as good (length was good, but had a very low crotch area, looked sloppy) and only $2 cheaper! Wait for these pants to come back in stock if they're out - it's worth it! Those other pants went straight back to returns. We've found the pants for us!

Fantastic baseball pants. They can be worn long or pulled up on the calf. They are thin and a bit see through but that is expected with white pants. The snaps and zipper are easy to operate for kids trying to run to th bathroom before they are up to bat. The are bright white and come clean very well with normal washing, even the grass stains came out without a stain remover. The 'rubber' letters on the waistband really help keeping the silky baseball jersey tucked in for the whole game. They are super comfortable and lightweight.

Waist was too large. Recommend you size down. My son is consistently a youth large in bottoms but these were too big in the waist. Nice and long for tall kids.

The best price for boys black baseball pants. They are stretchy and look form fitting. They’re easy to move around it while on the field.

We love The under armor brand for baseball pants. The fabric is softer than other name brands, and other off-brands. The elastic at the waist is appropriately sized, and does not pinch or slide down. The snaps are also easy for our kids to snack together and unstap on their own. We've never had any issues with the zippers. They are a little bit see-through, especially with bright colored or printed undergarments, so and we just try to make sure our son has chosen a solid color. Either white or black seems to work well. The elastic at the ankles is enough to hold them down, without being tight. The color was spot on and matched exactly what we needed! I would absolutely buy this again.
