Trying to order on line was difficult but calling was a breeze and they sent the right one. Perfect fit!

Also need new silverware basket
This is the correct replacment part for my original basket. What was not shared is the old silverware basket does not fit in the new rack, so a new silverware basket is also required. Frustrating.

replacement rack for a Bosch dishwasher
The rack fits perfectly in my dishwasher and rolls smoothly when I pull it out to load and unload dishes. The rack seems to be sturdy and of a good quality.

Bummed…no other choice
Flimsy light material and additional tines do not fit my dishes. The original lower rack, part 20000533, is no longer available giving me no choice unless I buy a brand new dishwasher. Really bummed but as I said…what choice do I have?

Doesn’t fit, bad return policy.
Did not fit. I searched my exact model number bosch she3arf2uc/08 and this was the first one that came up, but it was the wrong size. Seller charged $13 for shipping, and then another $26 to return it!
