NOT RUNNY!
This is a single source honey and has a lovely taste to it. BUT in this case it’s not runny, it’s a soft solid. Even leaving it in a warm place (top of a radiator) it still stays solid. But disappointed in that aspect as I like to drizzle it over my food, now I use it as a dollop of honey on side of plate (like a sauce). Looking at reviews consistency is a failure, so just dropped a star. It’s recommended for taste!

Thick and dark with a wonderful taste.
This is a wonderful honey. Please see photos It is very dark and rich, with a most pleasant distinctive smell. We have never known the Black Forest Honeydew Honey to crystallise in the jar, it has always remained as liquid at the end as it was at at the start. With it having such a thick texture it is lovely to just eat from a spoon, being aware that many nutrients in honey can be destroyed at higher temperatures. It does spread easily, my wife preferring it spread over her toast. It is not overly sweet. Pure, unheated and not processed, everything you would want from a honey at a very good price. Very much recommended, most enjoyable.

REAL HONEY
Finally I found a REAL honey. I'm so happy that I bought this honey, the test is one time. Why I'm saying is a real honey, because it's getting sugary after is open, this is how it should be. I have a little tip, when this happens just put the jar in hot water and the sugar will melt. I recommend this honey to anyone who want to test a REAL honey. I wish I could give more starts.
