These little patches work and they work very well. I have used them a handful of occasions and every single time I noticed a dramatic difference within 12 hours. Redness pretty much completely gone and the size of pimples are insanely less smaller. I'm older now so I don't get many breakouts but I still get an annoying pimple in the worst of places on my face here and there. They are easy to peel off and they stay on even while sleeping. Before bed is my favorite time to use them since I don't want to be out and about with a patch on my face. I wouldn't say they are invisible like advertised, especially if you have a huge inflamed red zit behind it but depending on the location and size of the pimple you could easily wear them out and no one would even notice. Fantastic product.

It really does flatten inflamed pimples with no whitehead noticeably but you have to wear it overnight and/or under make up and skin care. It brings it to a head without squeezing.

Works for Redness, But Limited Results on Pimples I’ve been using the Differin Acne Patches for a few weeks now, and overall, my experience has been pretty mixed. The patches themselves are very thin and almost invisible on the skin, which is a big plus if you want to wear them during the day without feeling self-conscious. They stick well and stay in place even if you move around a lot or sleep with them on overnight. In terms of performance, the patches do help reduce redness and calm inflammation around pimples. I noticed that after wearing them overnight, the swelling and irritation around smaller breakouts were less noticeable. However, when it comes to actually shrinking the size of pimples or drawing out impurities, these patches didn’t have much of an effect. Unlike some other acne patches I’ve tried before, they didn’t pull out the gunk or visibly reduce the bumps by morning. For deeper or more stubborn acne, I didn’t see any real improvement. The patches felt more like a soothing barrier rather than an active treatment for my pimples. Thin and effective

Bought this thinking it will help my pimples it didn't I am going to go straight to the point used 2 packets on my last one I used mighty patches until they ran out I had differin patchs on the way so I didn't order more mighty patches I used the differin patches didn't do much.It made the pimples worse before it got better I used 3-4 patches for 1 pimple wasted my money they are paper thin there so hard to pick up if you have short nails then bend and stick together when you try to pick them up leaving a visible fold on your skin it takes so many patches to get rid of on pimple when I am sleeping they fall off and I do not twist and turn in my sleep.It's even worse if you got a pimple next to your mouth and you drool the smallest drop of water makes them fall of there no thick which I hate if you want to waste your money this is the product for you!..
