Opened on Christmas morning would not turn on. Poor quality as well. Brand new out of packaging didn’t work and bottom grip wasn’t there.

Item is CRAP! Have to repeatedly hot the English button because every time you xhange activities ot goes back to Spanish. Barely can understand what it is saying in English! Worst item I have ever purchased on Amazon. Want to return it but i missed the return date by 2 days. It was bought as a gift somof course i didnt preopen to make sure it was going to be satisfactory for the little one.
