This is legit beta alanine: I feel the tingles (which I like) whenever i mix it into my water or preworkout. Use the full scoop for full effect. I’ve purchased other brands and some did not give me the tingles, making me think those other brands were diluting the beta alanine. This brand’s quality of beta alanine is perfect. I also appreciate the cool container and quality scoop (many other brands just are in a bag and many lack a scoop). I bought a second container of it and keep it in my luggage (I travel a lot for work): this way, I can add the beta alanine to my gatorade on the road, before working out in hotel gyms. Mixes well just by shaking in any gatorade bottle.

This supplement works. 💪🏽 Flavorless easy to add to any drink and works fast. The optimal amount to take is 6g, but 3g will work with continued uses. Less fatigue more push. Check it out JNX has some pretty legit 👌🏽 supplments with good ingredients.

I was looking for something that would give me a little bit of a performance boost for my morning workout sessions. Sometimes after a night of not so great sleep you don't really feel like you're all there and your energy level is at 100%. I've never tried Beta-Alanine before, but about 15 minutes after consumption your whole body tingles and you feel re-vitalized. I seem to be able to get through my workout session better and not feel too exhausted to carry on. It's not quite a day-and-night effect, but every little thing helps!

It’s definitely a great value for the money, I did not mind the taste at all. I found that it definitely keeps me focused and the “tingles “ were not bad at all, I am definitely energized. 5/5 stars!.

This pre-workout powder is a great price for how many servings it comes with! I don’t know if this matters but I’m 5ft 2in and around 115lbs and took a full scoop my first time. I genuinely wanted to run away from my own body lol. The tickling and itchy sensation was mostly in my ears and legs. Now I take about 1/4 scoop and have found that is the right serving for me without the bad feelings. The come-down isn’t a nasty sluggish one which was my main focus (with the right serving size for you) other than the full scoop when I came down it felt like I got punched in the face 42 times consecutively so..I also loved that this was unflavored so I can put it in anything without it being overpowering. The energy boost is definitely a speed so if you need a pick-me-up it’d give it a try for the price point.

I use daily prior to gym with my preworkout. Adds an extra umph for me.
