OMG!!! One of the best purchase made so far. I bought the dark grey color. I was a little skeptical reading the 1-3 star reviews but glad i went for it. It was very easy to assemble, it fit perfectly for my livng space. Thought it was too low during fixing it but when it was completed it was the perfect size and height. When arranging the cushion, remember to keep the letters on the package so it wont add extra time trying to figure out which cushiion goes where (dosent take a rocket science either but saves you extra 5mins if you do...lol). I have only set it up and sat on it for a few mins. They are easy to move around, good support for the back (I'm 5'1 & my 5'5 friend was comfortable with the back support). I love the storage aspect of it, one of the reason why i bought it. Hopefully will be back to give a follow up review on how it is going after 3months!

The dark grey color is neutral and versatile, complementing a wide range of decor styles. IT DOES TAKE A DAY OR TWO TO FLUFF UP COMPLETELY! I found it very nice that it came together in only three boxes, I thought the way they stored the cushions and pillows inside of the ottomans to be quite clever. Thus far this is a fantastic couch, especially for the price. It is comfy, spacious, and has great storage space. It was easy to assemble and allows you the flexibility to move the foot piece to fit your room. The customer service was excellent too. The only thing keeping me from giving this couch a 5 star is that I wish the back/back rest was taller. The cushions are taller and provide some support for my neck but a taller back rest would seal the deal. Still happy with this couch though.

Love my new sectional. It was very easy to put together. It seems to be very well made. Very comfortable, it is a little hard but it is still comfortable. I am 5’3” so it's just right for me. I really like the storage areas. The fabric is so soft. I would highly recommend.

When I saw this couch online it looked like it would be great for our new home. We have waited 5 months looking for the right couch; I saw this couch with the storage space and mulled over it for a few days before making the purchase. It was delivered with ease and so was the set up. However, it snags easy on ANYTHING, ANYTHING! The back leans too far back so I have it shoved against the wall plus the back is too short and I am 5’ 3”. Zero support for the back. The seat cushions are too firm in contrast with the low leaning, zero support back make this UNCOMFORTABLE. I am unhappy with the purchase. It looks terrible with all the runs and it’s uncomfortable to sit or lay on. :(

Sectional seats are really small. All together not bad. Comfy

For those saying it took several hours to put together, I am not sure why. The longest part was the disposal of the cardboard. It took me less than an hour to assemble the entire couch by myself. It is very firm on the seating part but the back pillows are fairly thin even after fluffing for several days. I will say well worth the money. The storage is great! I do wish the back of the couch was higher (I am 5' 11) so sitting comfortably the back of the couch reached right below my shoulder blades. It was super easy to move around the living room to figure out the best placement for a very small space. I went with the darker gray and absolutely love how it looks.
