I’ve been using Maybelline Fit Me Matte + Poreless for a while now and it’s one of the best budget foundations I’ve tried. The consistency is smooth and not too thick, which makes it really easy to blend out evenly with a sponge or brush. It gives a natural, medium coverage with a matte finish that doesn’t feel heavy or cakey. I have combination skin and it helps keep shine under control without drying me out. Lasts well throughout the day, especially with a bit of powder on top. Definitely a staple in my makeup bag!

After having heard lots of great things about this foundation, I had to try it as a serial make up buyer I’m forever looking for my staple products. I’m a massive fan of the maybelline superstay foundation and gave this a go as I hold high hopes for any maybelline products. This foundation is very lightweight, the product is quite liquidy and spreads thin once applied. The beauty of this is you can have a medium coverage or build it up for a filler coverage as desired. I prefer an instant full coverage that lasts and in terms of staying power the fit me foundation doesn’t last like the superstay. All round a good buy but would always opt for the maybelline superstay foundation for the reasons above. I’m sure many who prefer less cake face would prefer this fit me. Each to their own but no denying maybelline as a great trustworthy brand!

Medium coverage foundation blends in very well with my skin, hides blemishes and pores and covers the dark circles under my eyes. Easy to apply with a brush and blending bud and has a flawless no makeup makeup appearance. In conjunction with Rimmel powder to set it my face is flawless and my acne and tired eyes disappear. Great all round foundation, haven't tested out it's ability to build up.

Brilliant at minimising pores, which was one of my main requirements. Great colour match, I used the online tool to get the right shade and was pleasantly impressed at the result. I have since purchased a lighter shade and a darker shade for contouring. Lovely, light texture which blends for a very natural finish, blends easily and covers imperfections very well. Overall this is excellent value and a quality product.

I like this but it feels like it arrived almost empty, struggling to get any out right from the start??

I wanted a new foundation, I am of a certain age and needed a confidence boost. I have been looking for a while and have read many many reviews about different brands, until I felt like I was going around in circles. I asked my daughter what she uses and it was this in 112 soft beige. I was a little wary because I had read that for my age with dry skin I would be better with a more luminous look and not to go for anything “poreless” . However, I am amazed! It goes on really smoothly, it isn’t heavy and doesn’t look dry, neither does it sit in my wrinkles! I get that lovely blurry look that everyone wants! It’s a great price and I couldn’t be happier! ☺️

Shade match is on point and this foundation glides on my skin very well. Lasts for hours with the right setting spray and makeup application techniques. Easy to apply and blend with a foundation brush and is not too thick or watery — it’s the perfect consistency! Honestly a great value for money if you don’t want to spend too much on high-end foundations.

AmaIng product a must have for any make up collection

I never thought that my skin tone is neutral warm skin. i have always been purchasing wrong shade that would my skin look yellowish or ashy. This Natural Beige shade 220 is the perfect undertone for my skin and blends so well. It was a bit a tiny bit lighter when I applier, but after some time it did oxidize a bit and perfectly blended with my real skin tone and the finish is so good too. Even the oxidation worked for me here.
