Love these paring knifes! Very sharp, fits the hand well, and ok in dishwasher!

Good knife, stays sharp, easy to hold, not bothered by the dishwasher. Unlike ceramic knives, it won't shatter Corell plates. My only problem is that when it is set down on a plate, it tends to roll with the blade facing up. It should be simple to redesign so it automatically falls on its side.

I recently purchased the BEWOS 3.1-Inch Curved Blade Paring Knife Set, and while the high-carbon stainless steel blades are impressively sharp and durable, the plastic handles feel flimsy and cheap. The ergonomic design is comfortable, but the lack of weight in the handle makes the knife feel unbalanced during use. I also noticed that the knives require frequent sharpening to maintain their edge. This is disappointing for a product that claims to hold its sharpness longer. The curved blade design is excellent for peeling and intricate work, but the overall performance is hindered by the subpar handle quality.

Very sharp and seems to have a very good quality blade. The handle is very light and perhaps made of some sort of plastic, I would prefer a heavier wooden handle. They are very good value.

Bought this knife set for general kitchen prep that I do not wish to use my professional grade knives for. Things like cutting bagles in half, slicing tomatos, coring and slicing apples, etc. Also, bought it because my wifedoes not know how to care for knives (would put professional grade high carbon steel knives in dishwasher). With these I do not need to worry about it. It serves admirably in the general use paring knife role, is more then sharp enough for what it is used for. When it does get dull, I can just run the blade through a Q-sharp tool and be done with it, no need for long wet stone honing sessions. So if you want to get a general purpose, quick use, no worry, throw it in the dishwasher type knife, I highly recommend these.

99.9999% pure weapons-grade garbage. I don't want to sound like the old guy yelling at the VCR about how things used to be, but I paid about $15 for four knives. That's about $3.75 each. I expected something close to Walmart quality stuff, but this is purely race-to-the-bottom-quality junk. The handles are blow molded (which implies hollow voids, see picture). From my brief time working in food service, I have to say these aren't even sanitary. I wacked the handle with a hammer to show you guys what's inside. I just wanted some cheap paring knives to throw in my lunch box, little did I realize what passes for cheap these days. Should have gone to Walmart. Don't buy this junk. On the positive side, the blades are okay. It's like I bought a DIY kit in case I want to try making my own handles. P.S. I'd give this zero stars if they'd let me, just because of the poor quality of the handles and the mis-representation of the product (due to no disclaimer of crappy handles).
