Works as advertised. I live in a metropolis and the average reading on my EMF meter is around 4 mW/sq meter. That gets cut down to under .1 when inside the protective shield, and would probably go even lower if I installed the earth blanket underneath. Expensive but worth it.

This product is super disappointing and I don't recommend it to anyone. First of all, it's much smaller than it's described. I have a full-size bed and this product can barely cover it. Also, there is suspicious dark colored stuff shed from this product. I could only use it for two weeks and had to take it down because it made my wall so dirty.

This product is incredibly effective. As someone with ES, I can feel immediate relief. I grounded this using a 4 foot grounding rod into the ground. I still need to cut off power to my bedroom as I sleep, because being as this material is conductive, it collects the dirty electricity. I feel like a brand new person upon waking up while using this product. Will be recommending it to my loved ones because even though they may not have ES, these frequencies are harming them and everyone. Our immune systems are much stronger than they are given credit for and your immunity is massively impeded by the bombardment of frequencies as you sleep. Well worth it and will be buying other versions of this product for my children's bedrooms as well.
