i am addicted to making jam. i can't stop. this autumn my fridge has constantly had 80% of its space taken up with tubs of macerating wild plums, apples, blackberries, rosehips, and redcurrants. the neighbours have been given so much jam. curse you, certo. it's so easy and fun.
