Bought Atomdot Subzero C14 for my Poco F1 to fix throttling. Before: 34.0% total throttling, 18.0% drop in 1st minute. Phone struggled. After: Only 14.0% throttling, just 7.0% drop in 1st minute! Performance is now much more stable and higher. This paste works. Highly recommend for better sustained performance!

After applying the C14 Thermal Paste to the CPU and GPU of my Dell Precision 9550 and replacing the existing thermal pads with their Hyperchill HC150 Thermal Pad on components like the SSD and other chips, I noticed an immediate and substantial improvement in my temps. Before repasting, my temps were around 90 degrees C. The C14 Thermal Paste proved to be highly effective in dissipating heat from the CPU and GPU, resulting in a significant reduction in temperature. During regular usage, the laptop now operates at a much more reasonable temperature of less than 65 degrees Celsius. This has not only eliminated the thermal throttling issues but also enhanced the overall performance and reliability of my laptop.

I installed Atomdots C14 on my laptop CPU and GPU on 27th May, and by 2nd August, it completely failed. In just over two months, my laptop was overheating worse than before. When I opened it up, the thermal paste had dried out like it was 2 years old. It became crusty and useless — completely failed in thermal performance. I had picked this based on specs like “14 W/mK”, but real-world performance tells a different story. This is NOT suitable for laptops. It might work in desktops with better airflow, but for compact systems like laptops where thermal compound quality really matters — this is a poor choice. If you’re serious about cooling and want reliability, go with Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut or Arctic MX-6. These are tested and proven. Don’t waste your time and risk your laptop's health with cheap alternatives like Atomdots. Verdict: Avoid at all costs — not worth the risk.

Just an average thermal paste, works better than originally pre-applied thermal paste, temperatures went from 92°C earlier to 85°some times reaching 90°C after application. Also very thick paste and not easy to apply. I used kryonaut from thermal grizzly and believe me it work wonders. My laptop temps were between 70°C and Maximum 80°C while playing games and never crossed 82°C. I had to deep clean my laptop dust clogged fans that's why ordered this paste, I think i have to repaste with Kryonaut again.

I brought this thermal paste to change my 10+ years old cpu paste previously it was 80 to 82°c on max load which is fine for the cpu it can handle even more temp but for the better life i decided to change it now, the temps are 60°c sometimes it goes to 64°c max. And stil, l I have 1.5 grams of paste left so, I decided to change my GPU paste now GPU is 65°c previously it was on 76°c. It because its been only 2 years since I brought the gpu so 11°c is huge difference Make sure u should clean every cooling parts such heatsink and it's fan of u want to see the difference in yours.

The paste is good for the price and is easy to apply, 2gm paste does not come with any cleaning cloth but if you buy the same from another seller paying extra 30-40rs u can get the whole kit. Quantity (2gm) is sufficient you can use it 2-3 times on a laptop with both cpu and gpu I've attached some images of stress test before after even though the temperature in stress test is the same you can see my cpu is not thermal throttling while I have noticed a 10c drop in game temperature both gpu and cpu (laptop) I tested gta online and valorant. I was previously using coolermaster mastergel regular which has 5w/mk rating compared to that this is good but c15 of atomdots is better than c14 for extra 100rs or approx.
