Red Light Therapy for Body, Infrared Light Therapy for Belt Shoulder Waist, Upgraded 3 in 1 LED Beads, 660nm Red Light & 850nm Near Infrared Light Therapy Belt Wrap Timer Remote Control

I use this for knee, back and hip pain. I use it for other things also, but those results will take longer to see. For pain there is a noticeable change after the 20 to 30 minutes of use. It's easy to use. Remember to put it against your skin, not through clothing for best results.

I purchased for recovery from a car accident with multiple injuries, widespread pain, and concussion. It warms up nicely and provide relief. Best to use while resting, though wish it had cordless option. The cord easily disconnects if I move. I appreciate that for safety reasons, though I do wish it wasn't so easy to disconnect or that it had battery instead. Also, the wires are annoying to find a plug-in near by and get tangled up with other cords, blankets, clothes, chair, etc. Wish the control pad, which is on the cord (understandably so) were not so easily bumped and messed with during use, while keeping easy to set by hand. You have to hold still so not able to use during PT or mobility session (or even while resting in chair or bed) and not able to multi-task (such as bedtime routine). I am able to use on my shoulder (one at a time) but wish I could do both. Too big to use on neck. To use on neck, rig it up while laying down, but with effort, patience etc, I try to make it work. Will buy a separate smaller neck one as budget allows. Appreciate the HSA/FSA and medical reimbursement for this reason. Wouldn't have been able to purchase without that. Works best on waist, hips, one leg or one shoulder at a time, for a medium size or curved area - not for large areas. To do all the areas I need, I have to do a session and then move on to the next. Which in a pinch, or for one area is great, but in ongoing use, a cordless option would do better so I can free up to pair with other pad, do my bedtime routine and/or not get tangled up, even in resting. The timer is wonderful. It automatically shuts off so I know I'm done, or in case I fall asleep or lose track of time. I do wish the timer stayed with my last setting instead of resetting each time, but no biggie, I know I have to set it. It's just annoying when I forget or accidentally hit the control pad during use and it changes the setting. Thankfully HSA/FSA options, I ended up buying a larger pad which works better for me, which unfortunately is also wired, but I get more area done during session and pair it with this one for shoulder and/or wrap around hips. I also will need to get a separate, smaller one for neck specifically. This is still great and effective relief/healing support for a targeted medium size curved area while keeping it in close contact to skin for greatest efficacy. Pair with other devices for specific size or area needs. PS, I do use it on my face which is nice for my skin. When doing so, I do wear block out tanning goggles, but through incidental use, I have surprisingly realized that SOME light exposure by looking at it for limited time (just a few minutes) has been helpful for eyes and brain and strangely/suprisingly seems to also help with body pain relief as well. Perhaps that is a something to discuss with your medical provider or recovery team. Overall - IT WORKS.

This is an inexpensive red light therapy belt, so I expect there is a difference between this belt and the more expensive belts. For the price, I figured I would try this belt out. I wake up with lower back pain and I will use this belt for 30 minutes at the highest setting against my skin. It totally relieves my lower back pain. I don't know if it's just the heat that resolved my pain or the infrared/near infrared lights effectively worked. I have the belt for only a short period of time and i use it every day. I cannot attest to the durability and if it will be long lasting, because I've only owned it for a short period of time. Update:I have now used this belt for approximately a month now and I am getting better relief than heat only type pads. My back for the first time has been pain free. I’m assuming this belt is not medical grade, but it’s working. I have a calm feeling in my lower back, which I’m assuming is from the deep penetration of this infrared red light/heat therapy belt. If this positive result continues, this belt is the real deal. Of course, the severity and cause of your back pain, may not experience the same results I have.

It seemed to be a great product so I purchased several of these for different family members. So far they have all been working great except for one with a bad adapter cable! It just stopped working as the cable started to break at the connector segment. I am reporting this to the manufacturere. I will take two stars off till they address the issue. I will then update the rating to 1 or 5 stars accordingly. I tried to tape the broken section and it helped a bit till completely disconnected! Update: they replied back within a day and offered to send me a new controller for free. They shipped it within two days of contacting them! Awesome product, customer service, great buy, and fantastic support! Deserve all the stars in the sky!!!

Update: I did end up returning it. I allowed it to air out and did everything I could to get the smell to go. It was still bad enough to give me headaches, I couldn’t even sit any longer and risk not being able to get my money back. I’ve only had this for a few weeks at this point so I cannot review regarding effectiveness yet. Hopefully I will be able to do so soon. I decided to write an early review because as of right now I do have one thing I need to share. This product smells of chemicals so bad. Right out of the box I tried to use it and felt suffocated in the chemical smell. It was so bad, I had to take a shower and wash my bedding to get the smell out. I hung it in my garage for several days to outgas it. It made my garage reek. The smell did dissipate after about 5 days, so I brought it back in to give it another try. Although it’s not suffocating anymore, it is still powerful. I have tried wiping it down with ozone water and that didn’t help. I have used it a few times and the chemical is still sticking to me and I have to shower after using it. I expect some smell on new things but this is just awful. I think they know how bad it is too because there were several little scented packets wrapped up in it, not silica packets. If the smell doesn’t improve more, I will have to send it back.

Not sure it makes a difference but it helps me fall asleep!

Good product. Easy to use. Great for joint and muscle recovery. Use it multiple times a week.
