UPDATE: In order to protect the glass of the base from cracking, you must TRIM the pull chain so the balls hang no lower than the top frame of the base. The ball chain will eventually crack the glass every time it swings free after pulling it to turn on and off the lamp. The distance of the ball and glass is too small to prevent accidental contact. Both sides of my lamp base have multiple cracks because of this. Trimming is easy with a wire cutting pliers. Beautiful! This lamp is an outstanding piece of art. The base is the highlight of the lamp. The glass pieces that make up the shade are beautifully crafted. As an owner of 10 limited edition Tiffany lamps, the color variations in each glass piece along with the shade design with a combination of rippled glass and flat pieces is outstanding. Most art glass shades with linear edges (flat edges at the bottom) are usually skewed and rarely sit squarely on the lamp stem of the base. It may therefore look “tilted” on the base. Slightly bending (very carefully) the shade while on the stem will reshape the “vase cap” (metal piece at the center of the shade where the stem and finial are mounted). More expensive lamps have little or no skewing so everything is even and not off center in line with the base. This lamp performs just like the expensive ones and is therefore a well constructed art piece from base to finial, something not common with Tiffany (and especially Mission) lamps where there is no option to even out a tilted shade since there is no traditional harp. My only complaint is the wire from the bottom of the base through the base shows up as a silhouette inside the light. It’s very obvious. I had to reposition the wire inside the base so it rides completely along one of the corners. Problem easily fixed. Final summary: this lamp is the perfect lamp for a solid high end desk. I’m so impressed.

This Lamp is as appears . The color is terrific and the quality is wonderful. It includes a nightlight as well as place for two 60 watt bulbs. It’s just beautiful and definitely makes a statement in the living room. It was also packed perfectly, protecting it from delivery damage. We can’t be more pleased, not only with the lamp but also with the timeliness in which our order was filled. Thank you

Lamp in person is identical to that pictured. If you want a mission style look with subtle coloring that may blend with most color schemes, this is your lamp. The night-light addition enhances the lamp while providing a soft functuality.

We looked at so many Tiffany style lamps before finally selecting this one. It came very well packaged, and it was simple to assemble. It looks great in our living room. We put it on a timer so it automatically comes on in the early evening. We love how it looks when it's on - all we hoped for and more. It's a great deal for the price. We have six Tiffany style lamps in our home, and this one is our favorite. We used 25W equivalent LED bulbs, 200 lumens 2700K warm white filament style bulbs, and they work very well.
