Comes with pretty much everything you could need for your standard electronics project. As an electrical engineering student, this will be great for prototyping!

Nice collection of common elecctronic components.
I've recently gotten back into circuit design after being away for a couple of decades, so I needed to build up some component supplies. Looking around and thinking I could buy as needed, I came across these sets that include a lot of the common pieces needed when building circuits. The collection is very nice, but I do have to say that it probably includes some components I'll never use. That said, I still think it's a nice collection of various parts that will come in handy.

Great Starter
Had a lot of useful stuff.Now I have a dedicated electronics box with selarate drawers for components. Great for new projects and household repairs. Great value.As long as you can solder or use a breadboard itnisnvery easy to do.

Lots of Components but Not Great for Breadboarding
You get a log of stuff, but things like the resistors are not ideal for breadboards (wire gauge too small)

Beware of the capacitors
So I got this kit mostly for some cheap electrolytic capacitors. Jokes on me, they are either old or very poorly made causing shorts and I had one pop. Ceramic ones seem to be ok. You get what you pay for

Tightly packed but thats a good thing.
There is a bunch of stuff in there for your money. But there is no room in the box so keeping thing organized is out of the question. If I somehow use all the parts I would buy again.

The size.
It was very pretty. But way too small, especially for the price. I should have read specs.
