So I was pleased when they arrived and slightly disappointed that one is broken , I’ve been in touch with the seller and they are going to replace the broken one . So that’s great . They are perfect and when you scan the amount of information they hold is amazing. I have complex medical needs and on a variety of drugs . This has loads of room to add additional information that others don’t . I particularly liked it even had a section to say if you have pets , what and how many of them there are and an area to add the name of a person who can be contacted to look after them . When you’re not well and have pets it is an added anxiety to get them sorted and to have that included was brilliant. Now I wait for the second one to be replaced. Will update this when it arrives . If it does then that will be amazing customer service. UPDATE: A replacement one has arrived, so happy they kept their word . Excellent customer service so happy to update to 5 stars

This arrived promptly and was very easy to set up. Everything that would need to be known in an emergency is now stored. Hoping it never has to be used but it definitely offers some piece of mind. Good price too

This product meets my needs. I did not want another item to wear on my wrist but needed a medical alert. The tags are silicone, they slide easily onto the silcone band of my Withings smart watch. So comfortable that I don't know they are there. I chose the red colour for heart condition. Bit expensive but if it works I consider it to be worth it. Hope I never have to find out though. Gives me peace of mind. Durability so far so good. It was quite a complicated process to download and check all of my medical info. I needed help from some one else. Overall so far I am happy with the fit, size and quality of them.

Given a 3 star because the product is a good idea & easy to set up however after just over 2 months the metal QR code part of the bracelet has come away and now not fit for purpose. This is only worn during the day when out and about due to medical conditions so it hasn’t lasted long at all. Really disappointed

Just received and must say I’m very disappointed. You can hardly see the qr code or the health information on the reverse. Worst of all I’ve tried several QR readers and none of them can read the QR code. The bracelet looks well made but not really of much use if first responders can’t read the QR code or the health information on the back of the bracelet.

The luckytag is brilliant easy to set up . Keeps all your information on it . I wish I got one years ago instead of the medical strap I use to wear. Well worth the money. If you get stuck with anything you can contact them to help .💯💯💯💯
