Absolutely the best foundation powder - EVER! I discovered it by chance when in John Lewis on Oxford Street, London, and have been addicted ever since. I'm in my 40's and time is starting to make an appearance on my face. Since using this product I have received so many compliments that my face looks more youthful and vibrant, and it makes me feel younger also! When I see pictures of myself now I actually do look younger, and it's all down to this little gem! I also use the Bellapierre Primer, which is the best primer I've ever used, and the two combined work wonders on knocking the years off your face. Yes, the product is expensive, but it's worth it to look 10 years younger. And, a little goes a LONG way. I find that this compact lasts twice as long as the MAC compact I used to use prior to finding this little darling. Just a hint - buy Bellapierre from Amazon and not from the Bellapierre website as it's far cheaper on Amazon!

Very chalky and very obvious on face rather than blending in. Colour was lighter than expected - almost white. Tried it for a change but not as good as others.

This is the BEST and I mean the best foundation I have ever used and believe me I have used a lot of well known expensive branded foundations. This mineral foundation is very very light and natural looking even in harsh lighting and has excellent coverage. The colour really does last albeit a slight touch up may be required during the day. This colour may look dark but when applied does not look dark and mask like. I love BellaPierre products because all the ingredients used are all natural with no harmful chemicals. BellaPierre products are expensive but believe me its worth sending that extra if you want to look flawless and natural looking. Try it I guarantee you will not go back to your old branded foundation!

I went into a department store and had a bit of time so I ended up discussing this product with the sales lady and eventually bought it on amazon as it was cheaper. I was using bare minerals but I found it a bit too ashy and dry and when the lady put this on me it was a bit warmer (if not a bit on the yellow side) but none the less felt better and gave better coverage and was all natural! In all honesty the product itself is good, a little goes a long way, it's natural and I have been using it for some weeks now and like it. The negatives of this, I accidentally dropped the compact over the sink (which I have done with other compacts) and it completely shattered and within a few days was a powdery mess (which has never happened in the past). This may not be a flaw but it's not very robust as a make-up compact. Another thing I will say is the packaging is ugly, and looks like something I would get from a pound store but that is just my opinion. In conclusion, it's not bad if it wasn't for the fact that I now need to purchase another one but the packaging could be prettier!

Although I love the product itself, I am appalled at how little product you get for the price. There's also a lot of fallout when using a brush to apply it, which, in my opinion, is the only way to apply it, as the puff dispenses way too much onto the skin. I used this Four Times and hit the bottom of the pan. That's outrageous! Such a shame as this really gives a smooth and creamy looking medium to really full coverage. It stays put, and just looks great, almost airbrushed. It feels more matte and dry compared to Bare Minerals, so if your skin is dry, use plenty of exfoliants and moisture, as dry patches will be exaggerated. I won't buy this again though, as much as I love it, unless the company double the amount of product for the same price. I'm nearly out after approximately 9 applications,and that's not good enough.

I dissed this when it first arrived due to bulky packaging and what looked like a measly amount of foundation but now I’ve been using it for a while... better coverage than loose powder and stays on longer! Could get rid of the mirror,& bulky container, increase amount of foundation though. Use with Lilly Lolo Kabuki Brush for best results, BellaPiere brushes moult and are too scratchy for ezeme prone skin.

I am a huge fan of this foundation, it’s light enough for everyday use. It doesn’t give that chalky look other compact powders do. I have sensitive skin and it’s absolutely fine for my skin type. I would recommend the Kabuki brush to apply it, it will last longer and goes on nicer. The concealer brush is great too. I only use the pad for quick fixes during the day. Arrived in perfect condition. I use the HD primer and it has changed my skin (for the better) and helps to keep the foundation on. Huge fan of this brand, it’s cruelty free too.

Bellapierre is a fantastic brand and has had plenty of awards for its achievements BUT the cinnamon shown in this picture is not real. This product isn't even in any known packaging, the rest look fine but the cinnamon in the black pot isn't real. I happen to know that Bellapierre recently just got back in the colour cinnamon after having been sold out for weeks and this is not it, it's not even an old one as the mirror is too small. Better to get in store, if you buy a few things you can get a good deal too :)

It was broken into pieces when it arrived.

I have been using BP for over a year, in the loose powder form. Decided to try the compact for it's convenience And I still love it every time I put it on. I was quite impressed with the amount of coverage it gives, being that it's a mineral foundation, It doesn't necessarily provide "Full Coverage" but it sure does get close to it!!!!!! I have 'light tan' skin with yellow/reddish undertones and the color "NUTMEG" provides such Natural coverage, even in sunlight! People are SURPRISED to hear me say that I have make up on, and it's only when I use a tissue to wipe the makeup off my face and show them, do they believe me. Like I mentioned before, it's not nearly quite full coverage and you will see some slight blemishes peek through, so to cover up my acne/darker spots, I use the BP Base. This foundation last a good 8 hours, w/out retouching. The color Nutmeg, I use during the winter time. When I have developed more of a tan during the summer, I combine Nutmeg & Maple. The sponge in the compact will give you the MOST Coverage, and I use the BP Powder Brush for touch-ups. But the coverage is buildable, I'll say from a Sheer - Medium - Nearly Full Coverage. The Nutmeg has a slight Golden color to it, but nothing exaggerating. I also love it because it didn't leave my face looking Pink or Beige. I love it so much I've recommended it to my mom, and actually bought her a compact. The only tiny 'Con' I have is that this color will leave ur face a 'lil bit of a whitish color, just a bit, but I use BP Bronzer to correct that lil bit...but this is not such a problem that it will sway my decision to not use it. I don't like to wear liquid foundation, so I opted for a BP mineral foundation. This foundation does NOT make me break out or make my face oily. I pretty much use it everyday!!! I know some reviwers were stating that the compact is difficult to open and that is partially true. I ordered 2 compacts of different color and only one of the compacts was a little difficult to open, just slightly get stuck, that's all.
