Do they prevent freezer burn?** A: While I did not use this in the freezer, I don't think it would be great in the freezer because it's not completely air-tight. I wrote a previous review that you might see -- basically, I don't recommend this product overall. Got bent easily, making it hard to open; heavy; small hands couldn't manage lid open-closing; the separators inside don't adequately separate the 4 compartments. Definitely not leakproof from one compartment to the next. For use outside the freezer, can't put "wet" things (e.g., cucumber slices) in one and dry things (e.g., crackers) in another.
