Q: How do you melt the adhesive

Add about 8 beads into a cup, add boiling water and wait a few seconds until they turn clear. They're now mouldable and will do 1 tooth. You get loads of pellets. If you do it wrong, put them back into boiling water and start again as many times as you need.

Q: How do you remove them ?

After you're finished wearing them you just gentle wiggle and pull them from your teeth and they should just pop off and on :) x

Q: I was just wondering how long can you keep them in for without them accidentally coming out.

It depends on what you use to keep them on, if you use fixodent then they stay on for as long as you want
