I purchased this monitor arm to replace the overly large stand that came with my gaming monitor. The original stand took up a significant amount of desk space, which this arm has thankfully reclaimed. Installation was straightforward, and the arm feels very sturdy. It securely holds my 27-inch monitor without any wobbling. The adjustability of the arm is excellent, allowing me to easily position my screen at the perfect height and viewing angle for comfortable use. This has made a noticeable difference in my desk ergonomics. I also used a monitor mount reinforcement plate for added security, and the monitor arm works perfectly in conjunction with it. I feel confident that my desk is protected, and the arm remains firmly in place. Overall, this monitor arm is a solid solution for anyone looking to free up desk space and improve the ergonomics of their setup. It's well-built, easy to adjust, and does exactly what it's supposed to do. If you have an expensive monitor with a bulky stand, this is definitely worth the premium over other cheaper brands.

It easily holds my 35” LG curved, ultrawide monitor that weighs ~15lbs. Assembly was super easy, comes together in just three steps. I researched so many versions and price points of monitor arms before settling on this Ergotron model. There are other options half the cost that will probably work just fine, but everything about the NX feels so solid and secure that I’m willing to pay the premium. I’m so happy with how my desk looks with the monitor mounted. Highly recommend. Pros: - Easy setup - Smooth swivel, front to back, and tilting - clean aesthetic, no bulky parts or annoying logos - cables are hidden underneath the diagonal arm Cons: - no up and down movement (not a con for me personally because I like my monitor at a fixed height) - a bit pricey

It can be hit or miss when it comes to monitor arms and tv mounts. There’s as many brands as you can make up company names. And while there are cheaper options, Ergotron again demonstrates why they’re worth the extra dollars. The quality and feel of this mount is premium. Heavy and packed extremely well. It was easy to put together. It even has built in cable management. I connected a dell 34” ultra wide that was a bit over 17 lbs. I was worried it might be too Henry. But sure enough, holds perfectly. I can’t say the cheaper options aren’t fine, but can tell you that you’ll recognize the quality and premium materials in this right away. This is a case of something being worth the extra when you’ve got an $800+ monitor mounted on it. 2 thumbs up from me!

It costs more than the cheap knock-offs but it's worth it. Very well-designed and well-made. Highly Recommend!

As mentioned in other reviews this is a quality and very stable mount. What to know * Vertical adjustment requires adjustment to base. * Swing and spin adjustments can be made on the fly. * There is a screw lock that can be installed to prevent spin. * C clamp is the only install option no grommet hole. * Very easy install This checked all my boxes. Minimal movement, and less shake than the factory stand. This holds my 32", 7.6lb monitor. It was mounted to a metal framed particle board desk that offered good support. I could not be happier with the function and look of this arm. I was apprehensive about the $110 price point but with the easy install and confident foundation for my monitor I can easily say I would buy again.

This item is a step up from the popular Vivo monitor desk mounts if you're willing to pay a bit more for it. It isn't as versatile as the higher-end models, but it still outshines some of the cheaper alternatives in terms of looks and build. The white finish shows no imperfections and is coated evenly throughout. No loose screws or knobs and the build of the item feels more solid. The only complaint I have is that it tends to tilt now and then while using it alongside a 27" Dell monitor with a BenQ lightbar attached. Overall, for being the lesser-priced Ergotron product, it holds great value if you want something that looks good and functions well.

Simple set-up. Very high quality material, and works smoothly. Works perfectly if you don't want to get a spring/gas one, and I don't mind not adjusting the height since I mostly keep it in the same position
