Good thermometer
It does exactly what it needs to.

Markings are wrong.
It is marked incorrectly. It is marked at 99.5 where it would actually be around 102.5. Ended up nuking an entire batch of eggs to death because I didn't double check and I trusted the thermometer's mark for 99.5.

Works Like It Should
This thermometer seems accurate and is easy to read. I have had it about 6 months and it has gone through several hatches. It would get 5 stars except that the backing is cardboard covered in plastic and therefore hard to sterilize.
