I was truly amazed to find that all the reviews had a perfect 5-star rating & were posted between September 20th & September 29th, 2023. However, I couldn't help but wonder if these glowing reviews might be the result of the seller's friends or close associates rather than genuine or verified feedback. To get to the heart of the matter, I must admit that the price of the product was very tempting. Nevertheless, the product's quality fell far short of even my modest expectations. While I do have a 10-day window to return it, my concerns are quite significant. The quality is so poor that I have serious doubts about its durability. The plastic components, in particular, are a cause for concern—they are surprisingly loose, & the overall assembly lacks stability. Upon closer inspection, it's clear that the plastic parts have sharp edges & incomplete sections, indicating subpar manufacturing from what seems to be inadequate molds. Adding to my reservations, the steam exit openings are not fully clear, which could seriously hinder the product's performance. My strong recommendation would be to consider investing a bit more in a product of higher quality instead of choosing one made from subpar plastics. This is especially crucial because the product involves boiling water to produce steam for inhalation. It's essential to ensure that the plastic can withstand high temperatures without releasing harmful chemicals. Inhaling steam containing these chemicals can lead to severe health issues, including, but not limited to, lung cancer or other unforeseen health complications. Symptoms may also include irritation of the eyes or nose, cough, blood in the sputum, & shortness of breath, these symptoms depend on which gas or chemical is inhaled & how deeply & for how long it was inhaled. As responsible consumers, it is our duty to protect our families from potentially harmful products. Therefore, I have initiated the process of returning this product & kindly request Amazon to exercise diligence in selecting products for their platform to ensure consistent quality. For your reference, I have attached images of the product I received, highlighting visible scratches on the container, unclean components, ill-fitting parts, plastic defects, & significant concerns regarding the plastic quality. Another matter of concern is that I had specifically ordered a blue-colored product, but to my surprise, I received a pink variant without any prior notification from the seller. In summary, my experience with this product has been disappointing in various aspects. It's possible that the seller is relatively new to the platform, & I hope that my comprehensive review will provide constructive feedback to help them improve their product quality. I want to emphasize that I hold no ill feelings or animosity towards the seller. My review is based solely on my expectations & experiences with the product. Even after putting salt in the water, the steam put is very poor. I have used different kind of streamers but this one is not even average. It Hardly generate steam. Stick to old and proven products.
