OH MY!!! This chair is AMAZING! I found this after researching exercisers that had back strengthening capabilities with back support. I've struggled with back issues and sciatica for years. I've been through a few rounds of injections as well as PT and a myriad of different machines and nothing has come close to the relief I've gotten from this thing! I can cook an entire meal without pain and can finally walk solo for more than ten minutes. Crazy!!! I'm seriously considering purchasing another one to store in case the company stops making them, etc. etc... Oh, and, yes, it works the abdominal muscles brilliantly!! The downside is there are zero instructions on how to put it together. I still have extra parts I don't know what to do with. There are only three pieces that you need to complete the installation (that I can see), but it took quite a while to figure it out through pics and a single video. If you're mechanically inclined, it shouldn't be difficult, but for those of us that aren't, instructions would be a game changer.

This abdominizer is easy to use, has helped in tightening belly muscles. Good for the legs also.

Just received. Looks very strong. Easy to assemble, with no written instructions. Just watch video below description for last couple steps. Folds easy and compact. Love the adjustability. Is a little heavy if you’re disabled in any way, which I am. Will offer more stars after I try actually using it.

The material sinks so low that I may injure myself trying to sit on it. The seating should be firm and supportive to the back, but instead is sinking lower and lower, until I have to fall in, instead of sit down. This is not good at all. It's super heavy. The one good thing is the adjustable leg. Darn I'm so disappointed
