Very easy to replace the water filter!
Perfect fit for our subzero refrigerator. Extremely easy to install the water filter. The air filter is a little trickier because of its location, so we have not yet done that. High quality product!

Update- Corrected the Unfortunate Mistake
Update- they have made it right but if you read the reviews this same thing happened to another buyer. I will place order again. I have ordered from this company/seller twice and this is the first time I have had an issue. I failed to open the air purification cartridge box when the product arrived and now I’m outside of the return policy. The water filter was perfectly fine and the air purification cartridge box was not damaged so I figured it was ok…. but when I opened it the filter is used and full of sand, sounds like rocks and deposits. I’ve tried to call them and no one answers the number listed. Hopefully I will hear back from them.

Great value and functionality
These two filters, circulated internal air and water make food last longer and the water tastes just like it's been through a Brita filter. But you get 750 gallons worth. The air filter removes ethylene which causes food to spoil. So food lasts longer in the refrigerator, especially vegetables. These cost more than competitors but they work well in the Sub-Zero refrigerator

Tiny bits of glass on the outside of the new cartridge is normal!
Tiny bits of glass on the outside of the new cartridge is normal! I received the new cartridge and, as others have said, it was covered in tiny bits of glass which really doesn't seem right. The company representative said it was normal but I was skeptical. I cut open the old cartridge and found it was filled with tiny tubes of glass surrounding the UV light bulbs. The cartridge filter does work well but it could be improved by altering the case to keep the tiny fragments in or at least by including a package insert that explains why the fragments are normal.

The air filter came damaged covered in glass shards cut my finger upon opening it and couldn’t get the shards out. Awful
