I purchased the Outset 76225 Cast Iron Oyster Grill Pan, and I couldn't be more impressed! This grill pan is a game-changer for our family as we love to harvest oysters during the winter and were able to use these pans on our open fire, on our gas grill and oven. It can’t be more versatile. I love the versatility of this pan. While it's perfect for grilling up to 12 individual oysters at once, it's also great for cooking and serving anything else you can think to cook with cast iron. We cooked hushpuppies and cookies as well as shrimp scampi. The 12-cavity design allows for efficient cooking, whether you're preparing a meal for your family or hosting a dinner party with friends. The measurements of this grill pan are also worth noting. It's sturdy yet manageable, weighing 8.6 pounds and measuring 13.25 x 19.25 x 1 inches. It fits perfectly on my stovetop and is oven-safe, giving me the flexibility to cook however I please. The only part of the pans that did not meet the mark was the claims of a non-stick coating, I found that food still adhered stubbornly to the surface, making cleanup more of a hassle than anticipated. I ended up oiling the pans to help with the oysters sticking. . All in all however, I recommend the Outset 76225 Cast Iron Oyster Grill Pan to anyone looking to elevate their cooking game. Its durability, and multi-purpose functionality make it a must-have in any kitchen.
