Usually just as I'm falling asleep, especially if I go to the gym and push myself a bit on the bike. So - i tried using this (having heard good things about it from other neurothapy sufferers.. You rub it on (easy to do with the built-in foam pad) and then let it do its thing. And its thing so far has been no cramps. It's not clear to me if the product is helping or simply massaging the feet, as I do, and applying the product is the main cause for relief. Dunno - but can't argue with success so I'll continue using it.

the Capzasian works great with all aches and pains, but the sponge comes off they need a roll-on version but unable to find them anymore

I bought this to try to treat my knee arthritis. The applicator sponge makes applying the cream incredibly easy and no-mess. I appreciate that. The smell of the cream is strong and not very pleasant. It reminds me of a hospital smell. I'm not even sure the medicine actually works. It doesn't have the miracle healing effect I expected. I didn't really feel a lot of heat when I put it on. I know I was using it properly - I could see and feel the cream on my knee. I would say it might be worth a try if you're considering purchasing this. It's an ok value for the money.

Awful. This did not have sponge applicator. Did not have the cool feel that numbed the pain. Actually this is a piece of garbage. Not as advertised or as shown above. Mine had a small plastic cap with metal covering ( that was very very ) hard to remove. This is not the product I have loved and used in the past. If I could I would have given this no stars. Waste of money- and shockingly deceptive. Not the same product that was shown and that I have used in the past. Deceptive product presentation!
