Claims to support WH-XB910N, but doesn't.
It's the right physical size, and the plug is the same. The headphones power on and report about 60% charge, however, when you plug in the USB, the light comes on for about 2 seconds, and then starts to blink, and refuses to charge. So despite XB910N being listed as supported, the charging system seems to be incompatible.

After watching a video on how to replace this battery, I took apart my Sony headphone and was able to replace the battery. Jeweller's screwdrivers were required and nimble hands. The clip on the battery is quite small and I got it connected but it was not that easy. For such a consumer product, Sony should have a battery that can easily be switched out not one where I need to disassemble the ear piece to change the battery. The old battery was down to about 10 minutes of life while the new one has over an hour so far without a recharge.
