DR RPML-11 Strings RARE™ - Phosphor Bronze Acoustic Guitar Strings: Custom Light 11-50

Love these strings. I have a Taylor 114e. Taylors always tend to sound a bit "toppy" when plugged in. These strings really make a difference. They add a deeper bass and seem to shave off some of the sparkle of the higher strings, something I wanted. Can't speak in longevity as I've only had them a week, but I'm already buying a few more sets as spares.

Beautiful tone. These are the only strings I intend to use on my prized Jimmy Moon

I really like the sound of these strings. I've had two sets, unfortunately the last set I ordered broke two strings when I slackened them off to do a saddle adjustment. Only had them a couple of weeks. My first set were ok but I didn't try to remove them after I'd fitted them. Maybe it is a weakness in the strings or perhaps it was just that batch and I was unlucky. Anyway I went for D'addarios this time, didn't want to risk it again.

I usually buy Elixirs but after reading the reviews of this brand decided to give them a try. Just fitted them yesterday and I'm impressed and pleased with the sound, competitively priced compared to Elixirs, recommended.

Decided to try these after reading some reviews, they are not cheap but what a difference to the sound, they are fantastic strings and i won't be using any other strings now, you get what you pay for and these are worth every penny,

I thought I'd give these a try on an all solid mahogany guitar that I have. I've found them to be excellent, just as good as the Elixers I normally use, maybe a bit louder. Whether or not they last remains to be seen.

Never strayed from D'addario strings but wanted something warmer. Not sure about the sounding warmer but they just feel nicer, more comfortable to play. They've made me want to pick up and play more, highly recommend.

They seem to hold their tuning well. However. Dull yet oddly bright in all the wrong places - sort of a bright yet muddy tone. Very odd. But the real let down is the feel. Rough, no smoothness. In fact the opposite, it's as if they impede my finger slides. Bit disappointed really as I've always (many decades) been loathe to experiment with string manufacturers but heard good things about this brand and thought I'd give them a whirl. Likely replace soon - but in fairness I'll give them a week to settle in and change my review if I notice an improvement.

DR strings feel great. They are easy to play especially for finger picking and bending. They stay in tune and sound rich.

Ce n'est pas la première fois que j'utilise ces cordes, je suis d'habitude pas déçu, au contraire j'adore leur son mais la, 24h après une pause normale et soignée, la corde de mi grave à lâchée au niveau de la mécanique.

Guter Sound, sehr gut bespielbar.

Perfetto. Arrivate nei tempi e molto ben imballate.

Great strings. They have a heap of body and don’t have the thin jangle so many other strings have.
