So I’ll start off saying that I just made my temporary tooth, and I will update my review after wearing and possibly trying to eat with it in for a few days, but as of right now, I am extremely happy with this product. About a year two years ago, a back molar cracked and started to break. Last year, it completely broke off. This tooth used to have a silver filling. I had it for almost a decade. My dentist recommended replacing it with a composite (white) filling, worst decision and I do not recommend. Silver fillings last far, FAR longer. Who cares if you can see silver instead of “normal” tooth color? My dentist acted like composites were much better overall. They absolutely are not and for many reasons, and I’m almost certain he recommended replacing silver with composite strictly for the money, and not my best interest, but that’s another story for a another time….Anyways, all of my teeth that had silver fillings were refilled with composite, and all of those teeth are currently chipped or broken in some way. None are noticeable or really affect me now, except for this back molar. After it cracked, which I didn’t realize it had, I just thought I had developed a toothache due to sensitivity, a piece actually broke off, then the filling came out completely, and finally the whole tooth broke off at the gum line. So I have just this “rim” of a tooth (like an outline almost) that’s close to the gum surface, but I have a whole with exposed gum inside where my cavity had been drilled out and filled. Why didn’t I go to the dentist? I did, and they recommended a root canal. Now, I’m a teacher, and if anybody knows anything about teachers it’s that we are broke and our insurance is worthless. So I never went through with the procedure. Since it’s a back molar, it isn’t noticeable that’s it missing for the most part, until I smile or do anything where my mouth is open wide enough. As a teacher, I am smiling often around my students and their families, but just even out in public, I’m a very friendly person and smile a lot. I’ve had to be very aware of how I show my smile since I lost the tooth. Confidence just went down the drain. I saw an ad somewhere for single tooth dentures, but the cost was more than I could afford to let go, so I started searching to see if there was any kind of temporary tooth that was affordable. I came across this on Amazon and for the price and after reading the reviews, I decided to give it a try. It’s easy to use but does take a few tries to get it exactly right. The good things about that is that there is soooo much product! And you can re-melt the little bit of bit of beads it takes to form a tooth over and over until you get it right without using new beads. I’m telling you, there is enough product to probably fill an entire mouth full of missing teeth, and even then you can re-melt and adjust and not worry about having to use new beads. When the tooth cures, it feels like a very stiff wax in your mouth, but it snaps out and snaps back in with no problem whatsoever AND STAYS! Yes, it literally “snaps” into place and it is securely in there. It’s totally worth the money 110%. I’ll update soon with pics and more info after having used it for a couple of days.

O had a tooth break in a car accident. Insurance wasn't getting things done and I couldn't afford to fix it professionally out of pocket. This was able to fashion a removable temporary tooth until I got to the dentist. It was very easy to use. A couple of the beads into a shallow cup and a little water. Microwave for a min or two until the beads melt. Then carefully form the melted material into a ball between your fingers and into a tooth that fits in the area you need it in. The tooth is removable and if you need ti reshape it just place it back in the hot water until it softens and reshap. There is enough material to make several teeth. It can be used for false teeth repair or temporary tooth replacement. My dentist told me it was safe and a goid solution for an emergency. Easy to use and cost effective.

Bad stuff

I was surprised it actually looks real. However, it losses it's shape overnight or even if its out a while. Now, I'd rather deal with this pain and look much better until I can get into my dentist in 2 months but I may be trying a different product that I don't have to do this so often. If it even harden where it lasted longer. Another thing is make sure it's out of your mouth before it completely hardens. I didn't get one out in time and I was in a panic. Rinsing in warm water does work but literally I had to rinse with warm water for about 5 minutes before it loosened. I guess on the other side it's going to stay in place a long time that way... Lol ..

I bought this product with very low expectations for the results. I was going to have a job interview and I was self conscious about my missing tooth, the one next to the right front tooth. I had a denture thing, but of course I lost it. My opinions: -It is easy to do but you have to have time and patience. You can't just throw a tooth together and head out the door. it is def going to take a few tries. The instructions say you can just keep microwaving the same bundle, but I found that makes the polymer taste weird after a couple of times, and the consistency becomes too mushy almost. Like it's too pliable so it's harder to use. I suggest only reusing the batch twice, then use a new batch. There's plenty in the little tub to do this. Also, after a few times, take a break. drink some water etc. I found if I kept at it, the space in my mouth became too slick, and my creations started to get worse rather than better -It doesn't taste weird unless you keep reheating the same batch -It doesn't smell weird -End result does not look like a natural tooth, unless you are a polymer sculptor. I would not recommend using this for a front tooth at all. It looked ok for my side tooth, but not for a natural smile. Talking only. -I couldn't get a tight snap in feel, and I actually was able to use a plaster mold of my teeth to help create my tooth. I seriously suggest using fixodent or polident to have that extra security. -If you make a thick tooth, it messes up your bite. I am going to try to make another one, put it in while it is soft and bite down so that it will conform more with my real teeth. Also, if it is too thick, you can really feel it -It gave me a wierd lisp. Not a huge deal but I think it had to do with it messing up my bite and being too thick. -Do not eat with this in. It is not going to stay put no matter how tight the fit is and no matter how much fixodent you use. Also, if it is so tight you have to really use force to get it in there, then you are going to mess up your other teeth and create a wider gap. -Do not sleep with this in. It will become loose and you may swallow it or choke to death. Or just freak out the person you may be snoozing with. -I didn't find that it made a tooth I could use over and over. It may be the way I constructed it, but after my interview I just tossed it out and will make another one for my next interview. All in all I think it is a decent product for a quick fix, and I don't regret my purchase. It made me feel more confident for my interview. IMPORTANT: THE POLYMER WILL BE INSANELY HOT WHEN YOU FIRST REMOVE IT FROM THE WATER. BLOW ON IT A LITTLE WHILE IT'S ON YOUR FORK TO COOL IT OFF ENOUGH SO YOU CAN TOUCH IT WITHOUT PAIN!

PAiIN FREE I had lost a crown off of a molar, which then subsequently broke the tooth. Before I could get to a dentist (3 week wait) I was suffering and cutting the side of my tongue could not hardly eat, difficult to talk, even attempting to sleep was miserable. I tried several things and is desperate as we all are it just seemed like a big old water chewing gum over it might help? Well I don't know who came up with this product, but I would not sell you the tooth that I created for $100! We literally followed the instructions heated up a little beads that come in the packet needed it into a little shape stuck it over the top of the broken tooth smooth it together and I had instant relief from pain! This really is a public service announcement! If I sound like I'm raving about this product I am! This is one of those things you wish somebody had told you about growing up, and I'm forever going to have it in my shaving kit along with things like toothbrush and nail clippers! This is the real deal!. It's as smooth as a marble in your mouth and in less than 24 hours I have great relief as a matter of fact in the first one minute I have fantastic relief, and here the next morning haven't slept on it it's just though nothing even happened? So if you have any doubts at all this product is absolutely superb!! Extremely easy to use. Stays where you put it. And they are very generous with the supply I believe they claim you can make over 20 teeth with this and I don't care if you could only make one although I have plenty of material with and I know that I can easily make 10 more should I need to? I don't see that as being an issue. I have the Comfort back that I don't even think about the broken tooth now. If you're in pain or if you're having a problem with a tooth as far as I can tell this will resolve it! I'm not going to tell you that it's going to resolve the pain you may have as a problem with the tooth or the nerve but in my case it was a matter of my tongue getting cut against the sharp side of a broken tooth. I'm nobody, but I wish somebody would have told me about this product several days sooner! If it sounds like you've got a similar problem this will solve it! ***** 30 day update ***** still thrilled with the product! Using the 2 molars I covered, chewing just fine. I have been to the dentist, but using these until wee do final repair.

At first, I was a bit skeptical about my ability to use (Bright Shade) Amazing Temporary Tooth Replacement Kit. I've never used something like this before so I wasn't sure what the process was going to be like or if I could even do it. I was surprised to find the quality of the material was pretty nice, it performed exactly how the directions stated it would. It was a lot simpler than I had previously thought. When you put it in hot water, it turns transparent quickly, allowing you to mold it into the shape you need, then you're able to cool it with cold water to make it harden very quickly--which is what I needed. If you make a mistake with the mold or get prints on the surface, no problem--just drop it back into hot water for a minute or so and watch it turn clear to know when it's ready to remove and mold any way that you need to. It lasts longer than I expected and looks very real. It comes with plenty of beads that give you the chance to get used to the molding aspect of it and shaping, which makes it easier with room for trial and error. I am happy with the quality and ease of using it. It's very versatile and it doesn't make a big mess, it's easy to clean!

I have been missing two of my front teeth, the one on either side of my front middle teeth on each side, for several years. I have had some dental work that didn't go well and in the end I ended up without two teeth. I have been looking for a solution for a long time. I have tried flippers and all kinds of other weird products. The main issue I usually have is that there is way too much material that has to go on the roof of my mouth and it's very uncomfortable and makes me talk funny and not be able to keep them in. A lot of times it made me feel like I was just going to throw up because it would make me gag so badly having so much in my mouth. With these you can make them super thin behind your other teeth and with a little bit of practice forming them you can get them just right. With these I do feel them in my mouth a little bit and I think it'll take a while to get used to, but I am able to talk and drink with them in. I have not tried eating yet but I don't think it will be a problem as long as I'm not eating anything hot. The only downside to these is that they are SUPER white. I tried a few different things to see if I could get them to be less white, such as soaking them in super strong coffee, I even tried soaking them in tobacco water, I tried dark food color, none of that really worked. The most recent batch that I made I put the pearls in coffee, super dark concentrated coffee that was cold and let it sit for a little while and then microwave them and forms them and it took a little bit of the whiteness out. They don't stay in well on their own so you will want to go and get yourself some fixadent, that is what I'm using and I just used a small makeup brush to apply and fix it into the tooth and popped it right in. It is holding really well. It definitely took me if you tries to figure out how to form them just right, but I got the hang of it and I'm pretty happy.

Best product I could have bought. Due to the Covid pandemic I had to get creative as dentists were on lockdown. So easy to use and designed to mould a custom tooth. Fabulous stuff, because it really worked well! :-)

While in the middle of Covid 19 i broke a tooth, and I live in Ontario and my dentist is in Quebec... first I can't cross the border due to the crisis, second, he's close. This product helps me, it's a temporary fix, I was able to get a really really natural tooth after 3 tries, my first one was too big, the second one too thick the 3 one was perfect. No one can notice. I suggest this product. I drink coffee, wine, I eat and remove it before bed, clean it and put it back in the morning.

The grains do not melt in the hot water properly I’m left with a full pot of grains a waste of money

They charge $35.00 for a product which actually should cost One Dollar. It is simply a small packet of plastic beads. It does not repair anything. The beads are impossible to use and they do not adhere. They do not fill cavities or glue a cap back on. Utterly useless and they did not refund me and nor did Amazon.
