I’m on my second bottle now, just over a month in, and I’ve really noticed a difference. My mood swings are much more manageable, I feel like I have more energy overall, and my perimenopause symptoms have definitely eased.

Not sure these work at all , still experienced hot flushes, went back to other products

Wow this is expensive but does give a wide ranging coverage of vitamins and supplements which would cost more if they were to be purchased alone. The brand seems to be professional and have a good reputation for providing quality supplements. This is reflected in the price of course. Over the course of taking them there has been no adverse effects, they’re easy to swallow and gone so quickly that there is little to no aftertaste. I’ve not experienced any adverse effects or bloating. They seem to be digested very easily. I’ve not been ill over the course of Christmas and New year whether I was lucky or these helped is unquantifiable but may have. Quality product if you can afford it.
