What wattage lap is required?

I purchased an 80w lamp from amazon just to be on the safe side ( it works perfect)However I don’t know what the minimum wattage would be required.

Does it come with a brush and how long is drying time?

This doesn't come with a brush at all and it is fully cured within at most 90 second for me with my led lamp.
